Admissions

A seat for your child, without the runaround

Two visits is usually all it takes. Everything you need is on this page — and anything that is not, you can ask us on the phone.

The process

Four steps, start to finish

STEP 1

Enquire

Call, send a WhatsApp message or fill the form below. We will tell you which classes have seats and what the fees are.

STEP 2

Visit

Come on a working day. See the classrooms in use, meet the teacher your child would have, and ask whatever you like.

STEP 3

Placement

A short, friendly interaction — a little reading and writing, some oral questions — only so that we place your child in the right class.

STEP 4

Confirm

Hand in the documents, pay the admission fee, and collect the booklist, uniform details and the date term begins.

Age & placement

Which class your child belongs in

Age on 31 March is the usual guide. A child who has studied elsewhere is placed on what they can actually do, not on age alone.

Call us with your child's date of birth and last report card, and we will tell you straight away which class to apply for.

What to bring

Documents for admission

  • Birth certificate of the child
  • Transfer certificate from the previous school, for Class II upwards
  • Last report card, if the child has studied before
  • Aadhaar of the child and of one parent
  • Passport-size photographs of the child

Bring the originals for verification, and one photocopy of each to leave with the office.

Fees

What it costs

The full fee structure is shared on request — admission fee, tuition, and anything payable once a year, set out in one list so there is nothing to discover later.

Call and we will take you through it, or ask for it in writing by WhatsApp.

Common questions

Straight answers

The main intake is before the session begins. Mid-year admissions are considered wherever a seat is free and the child can catch up — ask us, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good idea.

No. There is a short interaction for Class II upwards, and its only purpose is to place your child in the right class. No child is refused for doing badly in it.

Children here are taught to read and write properly in both Hindi and English. For the exact medium used in each class, please call the school — you will be told precisely.

Please call with the name of your village and we will tell you whether we reach it, at what time, and what it costs.

Timings change between summer and winter, and parents are told before any change takes effect. Call for the current timings.

Usually, yes — and we will say clearly which class we think they should join and what it will take to catch up. What we will not do is place a child two classes ahead of what they can manage and let them fail quietly.

Please do. Come on any working day while classes are running — that is when there is something worth seeing. A phone call first means someone will be free to walk you round.

Admission enquiry

Tell us about your child

Send this and we will come back to you with the available class, the fees, and a time to visit.

  • We reply on WhatsApp or by phone, usually the same working day.
  • Your details are used only to answer this enquiry.
  • Prefer to talk? Call +91 89520 21550 and ask for Rakesh Sharma.

Still deciding?

Come and look first. Decide after.

There is no obligation in a visit, and no better way to judge a school.
